Reflections
From a thousand heights, The streams of life Are ever rushing down: The jutting rock, The broken bough, The crooked bank, Even the rounded pebble; Each, and all, In their personal murmurs, Are enough to trouble These shallow waters, And obstruct Their narrow course.
